Happy Birthday Gavin & Griffin

Gavins birthday was June 27th and Griffins is today July 2nd so we had a combined birthday party for them last Saturday. This year was LOTS of fun. I took them to the store to pick their own party favors and they picked Transformers plates and hats. The hats were a HUGE hit. Gav wore his all day long and then a few days afterwards too. I made them each their own cake and they thought that was pretty special and enjoyed picking their flavors and helping me make them. Thank you to the family and friends that came to their birthday party, for the gifts and for being a part of our lives.
Gavin in his birthday hat with his birthday cake. Happy 2nd Birthday Squatty. I love you so much!! I love your energy, I love your many many words you have for me every day, I love your chubby kissable cheaks. I love your mischievous smile.
Happy 4th Birthday Boog!! I love your dimples. I love your curly blonde hair. I love your sweet personality. I love that you pick me a flower EVERY day. I love that you still cuddle with me. I love the good older brother that you are.
Gavin got the same tractor from Grandma and Grandpa Holdaway and Uncle Jason and Aunt Krista and he was just as excited when he opened the 2nd one as he was the first. He LOVES LOVES tractors and was very happy. He could not open it fast enough.
Grandma and Grandpa Holdaway gave Griff this remote control monster truck. He was already ran the batteries dead.... twice.
Our good friends Keith and Cheree with the boys opening the swimming pool they got them.
The boys were just as excited for their birthday cards. Griffin even had Bry read the insides to him and Gavin carried his around for awhile.

We got Gavin a riding tractor and he was pretty excited. It took him awhile to figure out how to hold the pedal down to drive but now he has mastered it and mom and dad are saying "WHAT WERE WE THINKING???"
Griffin figured out how to get Gav to let him drive.... "I will drive you buddy"
Griffin got a Transformers bike and LOVED it and took right off. He had priceless smiles.
Of course we had to end the birthday day with sparklers.

Gavin put his on the ground and then tried to blow it out like his birthday cake.
