OUR BEFORE PICTURE
Bryan and I have talked about adding onto our house for awhile now. He wants his "man garage" and I want a nice master bedroom and a craft/scrapbook/computer room, and we both really want a photo studio. We have had our photography business and licence for 5 years now and have only done business from "word of mouth" or referrals because we are always having to haul our back drops and props from place to place or else turn people away because we do not have the time to set up shop. Bryan and I both love taking pictures, but Bryan has an AMAZING talent. I am so excited to start building a studio and start advertising. I am going to start a BLOG for our photography business any day now so STAY TUNED!!!
Bryan sawed the concrete into several different pieces and then just started pounding away.
Ripping the siding off of our house was sad. It made it all real to me.

Bryan and Chris ripping down the roof. I have to give A LOT of credit to Chris. He has been WONDERFUL help. He drew up our plans which look very professional and has been the huge push on getting our project accomplished. Bry likes to call him "the tazmanian devil" When he comes over, things start flying.

I can't believe how fast these boys work. I took this picture today 9-20-08. These boys started 9-08-08 and have only worked 2 days a week after work and 2 Saturdays. I just hope their enthusiastic attitudes and their energy lasts. In fact.... while I was making this post, I went back outside to let them know dinner was ready and all the concrete is gone including those steps you see in this picture.

How exciting for you!Once building is finished,you will have so much fun! Is Bryan planning to do most of the work himself?
I knew you loved to take pictures, and you are wonderful at it, but I didn't know you had an actual photography business! Do you take group photos? We are looking to get family pics taken for my parents 40th anniversary.

Holy Demolition! Does Bryan hire out?! :) I'm excited to see the official photography blog...it's always good to know a good photographer!
