GRIFFIN VRS. GAVIN

We all have kids and we are always saying how each are SO different from one another and I want to let you know just HOW different my boys are.

1- Griffin enjoys helping mom pick things up, he helps put things in the hamper when dad misses and has to have his room clean before he goes to bed. Gavin is a ball of mass destruction who pulls out every tissue in the box and flings it all over the house, takes everything out of whatever cabinet or drawer it is in and pretty much makes mess after mess after mess. 

2- Cell phones- when Griffin takes my cell phone he likes to pretend he is talking to someone (right now it's always Uncle Joey) and he likes taking pictures and knows exactly how to. Gavin chucks it, rubs it on the concrete, and throws it in the garbage.

3- The Halloween tablecloth I just put on- Griffin says "mom I like it" Gavin rips it off and everything on it comes tumbling down.

4- Laundry- Griffins idea of helping is when he hears the "done" buzzer and he goes and takes it all OUT for me, yes right onto the dirty laundry floor it sits until I realize it. Gavin wants to put everything INTO the dryer and is very sneaky about it. Most the time I don't know that he put anything in until I hear the big thud thud thud and I look inside and see a phone, lotion, toys and shoes. 

5- When they touch something they shouldn't I slap their hand. Griffin says "sorry mom" and Gavin grunts and does it again with his "I'll show you attitude.

6- Cuddling Griffin WILL Gavin NO WAY.

7- Watching T.V.- my boys are not big tv watchers, but at least I can put a movie on for Griffin and he will stay still for an hour, Gavin it's 12.4 seconds. 

8- Gavin is my big eater, he will eat almost anything (including things he should not) Griffin could go 3 days on 1 piece of bread.

9- Gavin loves books and will sit on my lap for hours wanting be to read to him. Griffin won't let me read him an entire book all the way through. 

10- When I change Griffins diaper, he will lay there with his hands under his head so nice like. Gavin will flail his arms and body all over the place and at least once a week this crazy episode will end in a "poop disaster" 

11- Griffin does not like to be messy or sticky and will come to me to wash his hands and face a few times a day. Gavin oh Gavin is boy who is dirty and sticky all the time and enjoy it.

12- Griffin likes to stay in the bath tub for as long as he can. Gavin climbs right out after he is washed (although after fully clothed in his pj's he likes to climb back in.

13- When I TRY to give Gavin medicine, he shakes his head and wiggles out of my arms and then half of the medicine is everywhere but in his mouth. Griffin ASKS for medicine (which he almost never gets because he is my healthy boy, but you would think it was candy to him )

Life would be boring if they were the same, I would not have it any other way. They are both adorable, loveable and MINE!!!!!
