Another year has come and gone and SO fast it seems. I took lots of pictures on Christmas Eve and Christmas, and here are some of my favorite!!
We had a wonderful time at our house this Christmas. I have said before (I am sure many times) but children sure make Christmas so much more fun and special.
Christmas Eve was lots of fun out our house. We made a ginger bread house for the first time this year.
The boys really enjoyed making it.
and just minutes after it was made... Gavin enjoyed eating it!
We have a tradition at our house to make our Christmas stockings. We let each of the kids pick out their own material and help cut and sew them. I thought I would be the one in these pictures... but Bry did a great job doing most of the work.
Griffin's finished sock
SOCK Gavin... not HAT!!!
We always spend Christmas Eve with my Nielson family. It's always nice to see everyone, eat a yummy dinner and do our traditional Nativity story. Griffin was one of the 3 wisemen.
Sis was suppose to be an angel... but she was no angel during the story time.
my little shepard Gavin
When we got home from the party, we took some pictures.
My handsome hubby and me!!
Me with my 3 silly adorable kids!!
Look what Santa left!!
Griffin could not open presents fast enough. He loved everything he opened, he just went right for the next gift. After he opened everything that had his name on it, he opened the ones to "Bernard Boys" too.
It was all about the opening for him.
Gavin excited about his new shotgun. He wanted to open the toys from their packages and play with them more than open the next present. We would have to keep reminding him he had more presents to open.
It took sis awhile to understand what was going on. She found some candy and started eating that and watched the boys for awhile. After opening a few presents, she sure caught on and loved opening them and seeing all her new fun girly things. It sure was fun to see Barbies, little ponies and princess stuff this year!!
She got a vacuum that looks just like mine but purple.
She liked taking the shoes on and off of her princess Ariel doll.
The boys got their own tool boxes and tools with their names on them. They were THRILLED. They kept yelling "these are REAL tools" Now they are ready to help dad in the garage with their very own tools.
I surprised Bry with a 3D TV and 3D movie. He did not even get it until later that night after his other presents were open, we had brunch, took naps and went and seen family. He thought his Christmas was over and so it was fun to surprise him.
Christmas night him and I watch Despicable Me together after the kids were in bed... it was pretty neat!!
