Sleepover

Griffin and Gavin had their first sleepover last weekend. Our good friends/neighbors the Clark's had them stay the night . One of their younger boys asked if Griffin could sleep over one night and his mom told him that he could stay the next night (Friday).  I thought that maybe he was too young but she said lets try it. The next day Griffiin asked me about 8 times if he could have a sleepover at the Clark's. I kept telling him maybe. That night Rene called and asked if he was still coming over and I asked "are you sure" and she said yes and that it would be great fun for them. Griff got in his jammies and headed down. Gav wanted to go too but I told him he was too little and maybe next time he could. When we got down there, they told me to let Gavin stay too. I said "he's 2"  but they said he would have fun with all of the boys and would be fine. Gavin ended up staying too. I honestly thought I would get a call at midnight or even 4 am saying they wanted to come home but nope. They stayed the whole night and had wonderful time. I am so thankful to the Clark's and for the friendship we have with them. Our boys truly LOVE them like family and they treat our boys like one of their own.

I got a text with this picture on it at 11pm. I told Rene, "the wrong one is to sleep."

She said he fell asleep shortly after. My boys had a blast and they think this is going to be regular occurrence.... mom thinks they need to wait a few more years!!
