Field Trip to the Veternarian

Griffin gets to go on so many fun field trips with his teachers and class.

 This was a time that I got to be a mommy helper so I got to go along and see everything that goes on at our Vets office with Griffin. Here they were showing them their komodo dragon and lizards.

This little girl was doing exactly what I wanted to do... it sure was stinky.

They showed them x-rays of different animals with broken bones and some that had swallowed a bouncy ball among many other things. (Notice another girl plugging her nose... ha ha)

Their field trip was on Friday and Friday is actually one of their busy days. They got to see this dog put to sleep on anesthesia for his surgery and they saw another dog while he was in surgery. Griffin said "mom that was a cool field trip huh? we should get a puppy and bring it here for surgery and to get the sick out of it."      I don't think so Griffin dear... I don't see a puppy in our future.
