This week.....

I love this time of year. Every year gets even better with kids. This week we have been enjoying spending time together being festive. Mailing out Christmas cards, taking neighbors treats and singing "Rudolph the red nose reindeer" 100 times. I wrapped presents with the boys the other day and put them under the tree. I am not sure if it was smart to wrap Bryan's presents. I am so scared they will either open them or tell him what is in them but so far after 2 days all is good. While we were wrapping presents Griffin came in and said "here mom, this is what I got you, we need to wrap it" Bless his little heart. I just laughed!! Next week, we are going to make our stockings and make Christmas sugar cookies.
We decide to make a chain to let the boys know what night is Christmas eve. They kept asking "is Santa coming tonight?" and we kept telling them "not yet" so now each night they cut one of the strips off and count how many days are left.

Gavin coloring his strips!

My friend Angela gave me this really cute gift for Christmas and I love it. It is a 12 days of Christmas scripture story nativity. Each night we have been reading each scripture with the boys and then they get to put a picture on the frame and we talk about that picture. We all have enjoyed this very much!
We had a family movie night!! We popped popcorn and watched 'Night at the Museum, Battle of the Smithsonian'  it was good and kept the boys attention until the end.
Sis had her 6 month check up- she is in the 90% for height and weight. The doctor said "she is a healthy little girl" I guess that is a nice way of saying CHUNKY!! He also said "You can't help smiling back at her, she is so cute"
She also started scooting herself around her in walker.
My family met in Provo and went to the play "A Christmas Carol" and dinner. It was so nice to see all of them (Bryce, Cassi & Jackson we missed you) Since my dad has been sick, they have not been down to visit so it was really nice to get together.
