HOLIDAY FUN!!!

My dad is always the entertainer. He loves playing music for everyone to dance to. This year he got Griffin his own Hot Wheels cd player and wow was it a hit!!!
Griffin is a good dancer and enjoy entertaining too.We play different games at Christmas. During this game we are each given a small candy bar and two people are given big candy bars and while a story is read, we pass the candy bars right and left to see who ends up with the big candy bars. We also play a DVD game where each of us get to open a movie and then the next person can choose to steal another persons movie or open another. My family, we are BIG gamers. Playing games is one of my most favorite things to do during the holidays. We all have TONS of games we play and we all got new ones for Christmas. I had to take this picture of Holli and Loyette. We were playing "Would you rather" and Holli had to wear make-up on her face the entire game with a mustache and glasses, and Loyette made me laugh because she would use a magnifying glass every time she read her card.  I think a fun thing to do during the holidays is make sugar cookies (yummy) Lara and I had a good time making them together. Joey caught us both tasting the frosting!!OoOPs!! It looks like Lara got a little carried away with the powdered sugar. Griffin had Santa come to his school and visit. Bry was SO good to take both of the boys because I had an appointment in Price at the same time. Bry said that Griffin was excited to see Santa and was the second one on his lap (only because a little girl beat him) and as soon as she got down, he was right there are ready. He did not tell Santa anything he wanted for Christmas, but he did say "I have black boots like you Santa."Gavin on Santa's lap. Of course he was excited... Santa had CANDY!!
I thought that having the boys help me put the Christmas tree and decorations up this year would be fun, but fun was not the word. They loved dragging the lights around the house and Gavin would say "ball" to most of the ornaments and throw them across the room. This is how they put the branches on the tree.
This is how they helped for about an hour, it kept them pretty entertained. The boys have gone sledding a few times with their Uncle Joey and Aunt Lara. They are so good to my boys and my boys love them very much. As I have been blogging Gav will come and sit on my lap once in awhile and he points out, "Santa" "Lala"and  "Joey"  so cute!!
Aunt Lara and Gavin all bundled up and ready to play in the snow.
