Griffin turned 6 on July 2nd
He picked to have a Cars 2 (he always puts the 2 in there) water/swim birthday party.
We took all the kids to see Cars 2 just a few nights earlier and Griff just had to have that for his party theme.
His poor cake melted in the sun AND got dropped and so it looked like Mater went cake bogging. He sure didn't care... it still tasted good!!
It was a fun party! I think Griffin really enjoyed his day. He got to have a friend party which was a lot of fun for him.
They had water balloon fights, played water games, swam in the pool, water gun fights, slip and slides, snow cones, and a Mater pinata!!
I think it was 95 degrees outside that day. Perfect for a water party and the snow cones were a GREAT hit!
Opening presents!
We always do fireworks and sparklers at night on his birthday. I really think he thinks they were invented just for him :)
