4th of July

I LOVE the 4th of July... it's such a fun holiday.
I am proud to be an AMERICAN!!
We took the kids to the parade in Huntington and they had a blast. Afterwards we went to the park and let the kids play on the inflatable toys, we walked around and let them pick a toy at one of the booths and then we cooled down with some icee's.
They look so serious in this picture. I guess they were in awe just watching it all.
 Grandpa and Karalyn
Sis knew how to get candy. She gave them a wave and her cute grin!
At the park they had a huge inflatable boxing ring and they were letting 2 kids in at a time to box for 2 minutes. The boys really wanted to do it but the line was pretty long and so grandpa told them he had some boxing gloves at his house and talked them into going there are playing.
It was quite funny to watch!
Later that night we had a BBQ with some great friends and enjoyed a yummy dinner and laughs!
I thought it was a great time to get a family picture in our red, white, blue clothes!

Hey Melby! I haven't been to Emery County in TOO long! Wish I could've gone to the parade too! I am coming down at the end of the week though. I will see you at Grandma's on Friday! Can't wait to see Brody!
