Griffin is getting what he wanted.... a baby sister. I am excited to have a girl. I kind of was hoping for another boy, but I mostly want a HEALTHY baby!! I am nervous about a girl- they are SO different and I am NOT a hair-doer so I worry about her looking like a rag muffin. I have NO ideas for names either?? I AM excited to get a "mini me" and buy some pink and purple things!! I hope she has red hair!!

It's a GIRL!!!
Griffin is getting what he wanted.... a baby sister. I am excited to have a girl. I kind of was hoping for another boy, but I mostly want a HEALTHY baby!! I am nervous about a girl- they are SO different and I am NOT a hair-doer so I worry about her looking like a rag muffin. I have NO ideas for names either?? Oh my gosh Mel, I didn't even know you were pregnant. I am such a bad friend! Congratulations!! I am SO excited for you! She is going to be beautiful. It's a good thing most babies come with little hair, it eases us newcomers into the hair world. With boy after boy, its easy to forget colors like pink & purple exist.You're going to love it! Congrats!!

Congrats Mel! That is so exciting! I'm gonna have to give my parents a hard time, because they never told me you were expecting! They forget to tell me everything haha! But I'm so happy for you. You are a terrific mother. You've already got such cute kids, that this one is destined to be a gorgeous little heartbreaker!
I am serisouly so excited your having a girl. They are soooo fun and cute! Bryan will go crazy over her. Don't worry about the hair, you'll get it down and when they are little it always gets messed up anyways so even if you do it cute, you can nver tell. As for names, I remember one time you were telling me you wanted a girl named after your mom...maybe you can do an adaptation of her name like Caroline or Carlyn or something. I'm sure you'll come up with something way cute!

Hooray for girls!!!! I think you will LOVE LOVE having a little Mel. She will be tough since she has big brothers. I think the third child is supposed to be an easy one. She'll be a sweetie pie!

That is so exciting for your family. I hope you have been feeling well. I'll never forget the first load of laundry that way pink and purple and all sorts of girly, weird after only doing "boy" laundry, but what a fun thing!! I look forward to hearing more...

Congratulations on being pregnant and for having a girl. That is very exciting. I would love to have a girl someday. Not that I don't love my little boys, but every mother needs a little girl and every father needs a boy.

So, I got my 1st girl last year, after 2 boys, and it is A LOT different. But it's wonderful!
~I'm not a hair do-er either, but I've fallen in love with headbands and bows... I'm sure she'll have curls! That'll make it easy:)
Mel--- I didnt even know you were pregnant either. That is so exciting, and its even more exciting that you are having a girl. All you have to do is throw a head band on their head and you are good to go. Way easy. No worries. CONGRATS!!!
